 Shown above is the SmartView Mirror attached to the driver’s outside mirror. The box in the upper inside corner of the Smartview is the “safe box.” When a car is in the “box” and stays in the box, it is safe to move in front of it. |
 Notice the car is now coming out of the “safe box” which means it is not safe to move in that direction as the car will be alongside you within a few seconds. Without the SmartView mirror that car is entering the area blind to your outside mirror. |
